Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. 

Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and packing, and 3–5 business days for delivery depending on your location. All orders ship from Lombard, IL.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are unable to assist with customs issues or delays outside the U.S. If you are placing an international order through a forwarding service, please contact USPS directly for any delivery concerns once the package leaves our hands.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@www.windsorandash.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review your request and work with you on a solution—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items or returns based on scent preferences. All items are handmade in small batches, and we appreciate your understanding.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund your order if it hasn’t yet shipped.
